Legal Question in Business Law in California
Is a corporation incorporated?
What is the difference between business with ''corporation'' as part of the name Vs. one with ''incorporated'' as part of the name? That is ''Sample Corporation'' Vs. ''Sample, Incorporated''.
I think I understand the goal of creating a legal entity, but what is the difference?

Re: Is a corporation incorporated?
There is no difference between the designations "inc." "incorporated" and "corporation." In California, a corporation is required to include a corporate designation in its name. Any of the above mean the same thing and can be used.
