It sounds as though you need a contract for services to be provided to the hotel which requires that a car be purchased. You need to be careful to make sure the agreement protects you in case the hotel pulls out after your purchase and you are stuck with the car. Sounds more like you want an independent contractor agreement. If so, please feel free to contact our office and we can assist you at preparing one. I don't think there is going to be any "form" that will fit your exact needs.

Alternatively, if you do prefer to use a form, perhaps you could arrange to be employed by the hotel and they include an additional amount for the use of your vehicle (as well as your personal services driving the vehicle).
