I have created two original exercise programs in which I currently teach. How can I legally protect my programs and/or exercise moves from being used without my permission?

You may copyright the exercise routine; however, it is best to produce a written expression of the routine which details the steps and accompanying music, etc. Also, be aware that if you are an instructor that is employed by a health club, it may be considered a work for hire.
