I was thrown in jail by the daughters of my client and at the time of arrest the charge was elder abuse financial. I was in jail for 2 weeks, I'm a licensed handyman, and while in jail the daughters stole $4,000.00 of my personnal tools, and breached demand contract that they authored to hastally finish a 7 month remodel I was doing for their mother.. since ther was no validity to there claim of abuse i was released after 2 weeks with no charges filed. yesterday I was served a lying restraining order thatn makes me out to be a predator.. I need to sue her, do i have a good case and possibly one that could be taken on contingincy?

Sounds like you have a case, and I'll take it if you are serious and we meet to confrim. However, I wouldn't take it on a pure contingency. You may contact me.
