Legal Question in Business Law in California
Date of signature
Are there any legal implications if the person signing an agreement does not writes down the date he signed it? Also, is there an advantage signing the agreement last as compared to signing it first?

Re: Date of signature
Writing the date or not has no effect on the validity of the contract. As long as everyone signs it does not matter the order.
