Legal Question in Business Law in California

Davie sold his car ot Halil at the price of K500,000. However he has just discovered that the market value of the vehicle is K1000.000. He now want Halil to pay him an additional of k500,000 failing which he will reposes the vehicle. Advise Davie whether this is attainable at law.
