Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am dealing with a bail bonds company that is in process o returning $300 to my Debit Card. It has almost been 2 weeks and I have not seen the refund. I have an email with "proof" of it coming into my account. But it looks like it can be made up on MS Word. Its not an official letter from a bank saying that its coming to my account.Because of their lack of returning my money ( in which they refuse to pay me in cash and cancel the electronic refund) I am becoming delinquent in a lot of bills that are due before my next paycheck. Is there any way to help me make them pay for my stress and extra balances owed?
I am in Los Angeles,CA

No. You can make them give you the money back, but not everything else.
Write a letter demanding the money or else you will take them to small claims court. Then do it.
Are you sure there was a final exoneration of bail entitling you to the refund? If so, I would go directly to the office and officer of the bonding company where your friend or family member or yourself arranged for this bond, let them know of your distress over the matter, and see if the very people who were so eager to write the bond will also be eager to help you now.
