Deciding whether you should form as a Limited Liability Company or a Corporation (or S-corp) depends on a number of factors. To name a few, this includes the types of business, number of people in your business, whether you will need investors, your business finance, your target market, etc.

I recommend that you consult with an attorney to assist you in making this determination. Investing in getting proper advise with regards to your business early can save you lots of time, money, and headache later on.

Feel free to contact our office for a free consultation.

Kind regards,

Jim
