Legal Question in Business Law in California
Discrimination
I sell items through an on line auction. One of the items I had listed was removed and it was stated to me that the item was prohibited. Yet I found that others had the same items listed on the site.
I was discriminated against by the fact that I was singled out and others were allowed to continue auctioning the same items.
Do I have a case, what kind of lawyer do I need?

Contact the on-line supervisor and find out why. Perhaps they overlooked the others.
