Legal Question in Business Law in California

Can I display an Internal Company Memo of a company that I am a stockholder in?

I am a stockholder in an OTC company. To say the least, this company has been accused of many improprieties. They out and out deny each one. I just came into possession of a Subpoena and an Internal memo(on company letterhead) from the former CFO, to the board of directors, that lends support to the allegations of wrongdoings and/or manipulation of the company stock. I was given this document by another shareholder. We would like to post this document on a website that will be referenced as a Due Diligence site. Is this legal? We are technically owners of this company.

Thank you for your time and help.

Your question is too complex to answer on the internet. I strongly recommend you seek the advice of an attorney.
