my dogs

Can the aspca come while im home knock on the door ans tell me he needs to take my dogs and then not give me paper work or have anything that states they are supposed to take the dogs they told me to give them the dogs or ill be arrested. and on top of that when i went down their they said they werent gonna give me nothin still. so can they jus take my animals like that

Your post is not complete.

The ASPCA is a private organization, and would not be taking dogs. That would be done by a government entity.

This sounds like a scam, probably not actually run by the ASPCA. If somebody stole your dogs, you have rights that can be enforced. Please contact a competent attorney in your area that can advise you about your specific situation.
