drug testing
my husband was accused of drug use by another employee who took it to HR.
He does not do drugs but was told that he either needs to do one voluntarily
or they will make it manditory. Is this a deflamation of character and what are
his options? Also can he turn around and sue the company for this? His
department are aware of this and the person who accused him has a grudge
against him presently.
