Legal Question in Business Law in California
Due to a recent news article, I am wondering if a past employer who used my image without permission or my knowledge in a 2003-2004 catalog, if I can still take legal action, they still use a former co-workers photo in many current catalogs under the same circumstances.

You are WAY past any statute of limitations to take legal action.

Further, you'd have to plead and prove damages. If you were a professional model, or if you were depicted in a bad way that hurt your reputation, maybe it'd be worth a suit. For most folks, a suit would be a net financial loser even if you won,
