Email Marketing
can my company send and email with marketing and a survey without concent of my customer as long as they provide an email address?

There are significantly more requirements for email marketing than simply providing an email address. Advertisers and senders must comply with CAN-SPAM, applicable state laws, and the the terms of any contracts with ISPs.
