Legal Question in Business Law in California
My employer has been miscalculating my production for a year now and overpaying me. They want me to pay them back. Can they legally make me do this if it was there persistent accounting error?

You don't get to keep money that doesn't belong to you. The law calls it "unjust enrichment" and a court will order you to return it.
