does my employer
have to supply me with work shirts if the want me to ware them, and work shoes and pants? Please let me know.

No. The terms and conditions of employment are whatever you and the employer negotiate and agree upon before you start work. There are certain minimum requirements such as the minimum wage and overtime, but all that other stuff is up to you and the employer to work out, hopefully before you accept the job and the employer hires you.
