Legal Question in Business Law in California
Enforcability of Purchase Order
Customer placed purchase order for 275 units with promise to take delivery of all units by specified date, which has now passed. Customer took delivery and paid for 25 units, but is now trying to cancel the remainder of the PO. Can I enforce the purchase order?

Re: Enforcability of Purchase Order
Yes. You can enforce your contract or seek damages that will place you where you would be if the buyer had performed the contract.
Look up Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. "Sales of Goods".
