Legal Question in Business Law in California
Am I entitled to anything?
A developer down the street has been working on his building. I feel it is infringing on my business. Now he has to have the front of my shop all ripped up due to a pipe that needs to run to his building. There are tractors and heavy equipment everyewhere. It blocks my business and I am losing out!!! Is there anything I can do?
