exclusivity rights
I own a dry cleaners in ca. and I just had a new dry cleaners open-up in the same complex--name removed--Is this legal and what are my options.

Unless your lease forbids the owner to rent space to other dry cleaners, you may be out of luck. With more information I might see things differently.
