Does an ex-partner (withdrawn) in a California General Partnership have access rights to partnership records and documents?

Yes, to an extent. Corporations Code section 16403(b) says, in part: [A partnership] "shall provide former partners and their agents and attorneys access to books and records pertaining to the period during which they were partners."
