Fair Packaging and Labeling Act

Does California exempt play sets, swing sets, playhouses from the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act?

Am I required to state the product weight on the packaging of a play set?

I am also interested in knowing the same infomation about New Jersey.

I know nothing about this Act, but on the other hand, I have lived in California since 1962 and have never seen weight or volume information on the packaging of items sold "per piece;" it only seems to appear on packages for things sold in bulk, like milk, flour, raisins, etc.
