Legal Question in Business Law in California
I was in a fan club for a 1960's start up group that one or two of the group members went on to be very famous, in this fan club we took pictures of the group with their permission it was for publisity we never used them-one of the members went on to be very famous and to this day his music is played in movies, commer. etc. can i sell the pictures? will there be probles?

If you took the picture you can sell it, but you cannot reprint it on t-shirts, coffee mugs, posters etc. (anything for commercial gain) without the consent of the individual(s) in the photograph.
