Legal Question in Business Law in California

My father is currently doing business with an American company. My father did an agent commission agreement with an American company.But he says it is really important for me to make sure that the American company will never get in touch with my buyer in Turkey

without me. They should not skip me since I am the agent in between. I

am sending you the agent commission agreement that my father signed .

If you have time, could you please check if it is the right contract

for us? Does the contract protect the agent's rights? Would it also

protect the agent in judicial way? Is there any part that we have to

take off, add or modify? He also asks, if you have any sample contract that you can provide can you please send it to us?
