Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am the only female truck driver at my place of employment. I found a born magazine in one of the trucks and took it straight to the owner/boss. His reply:" I usually get my porn on the internet". I said what if the ladies in the office found this? He said " Some of them may like that kind of thing!" Seems like double sexual harrassment, is it?

You will get nowhere with this. They were not harassing you, just by you finding a magazine.
Toughen up or get a different job.

Seems to me like a minor incident and a very minor incident. I doubt that a judge or jury would find any harm done.
