Where can I find available online, for free: California Forms of Pleading and Practice, Chapter 386?

California Forms of Pleading and Practice is copyrighted and is not available online for free. I believe it is available on Lexis/Nexis, which you must pay to access. You can also buy a hard copy. Another option is to visit your local law library. Some general-purpose public libraries may also have it. I think the book comes with a CD-ROM of the forms, but I don't know whether that disc will be available even in libraries which carry the book.

This is a Lexis-Nexis publication, and I am not a subscriber. It is probably not accessible on line via the Internet, but maybe "on line" at a law library. Try, for example, this link:

I do not think Matthew Bender would be very happy if you could get it free online since the series cost $4,200. You should check with your local law library to see if they have it available.
