The 4506-T is an IRS form used to order a transcript of your own tax returns. You must've forgotten to make a copy for your files.

As a Franchise Attorney I only add the following. The lender should have all necessary forms, including 4506-T. Why are you running around getting forms they should already have? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
