Legal Question in Business Law in California
I had the flu caught it at work,and was still sick but able to come back to work,and asked to work an extra four hours,at the end of my shift,I was still at half my full capability,and experienced a heart flutter several times from extreme physical exertion,went to comp dr, and he said it was not work related.
