Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have Foremost Homeowners Insurance and set up on Auto Pay.. thru them. Foremost did NOT Debt my account and 9 months later demanded 389.00 and cancelled my policy with NO statements or NOTICE. What action can I take against them, they will NOT reinstate my policy. This is their fault as I had it set up thru Foremost giving them all my account info to have policy paid on monthly basis.

Trying to renew a policy with a company that treated you badly makes no sense. Find another carrier.
