Legal Question in Business Law in California
I sent form interrogatories to defendant, set one. Now I am drafting specially prepared interrogatories. Must I describe it as set one, or set two as continuity of the form interrogatories.
Also, on my first set of admission I asked for admission of three documents as genuine and marked it as A, B, C. I am drafting second set of admission and want defendant to admit a few more documents. Must I marked it A or continue as D, E ...

For the special interrogatories, those would be set one. For the genuine of documents, I would start with D on the second set if you've already used A-C on the first set.
