Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hello, I just formed a CA LLC, me and my other partner.
it is manager-managed, In the statement of Information says, My Wyoming LLC (out of state as the manager).
I went to bank to open a Biz checking account, they say that they Can not open an account becuase I have a Wyoming LLC, they says i need to change it to my name and put my partners name OR Register this Wyoming LLC as foreing here in Ca. This doesnt sound good for me???? help here?

There is no requirement under California law that the manager of a California LLC must be a California resident. However, the statutory agent IS required to be a California resident or a California-domiciled entity.
