Legal Question in Business Law in California
Fraternizing and getting terminated?
I was recently terminated from my job because of fraternizing with an employee. I was an assistant manager, and we had mutual interest in each other. Or so it seemed. There were text messages exchanged, and only to the point of us both saying we ''liked'' each other and would like to get to know each other better. The next day she showed my manager and I was fired. Is there any legal recourse I can take against this? I was warned of other employees not liking me because I am new. I know this might have something to do with it. Please help!

Your mistake. Don't make it twice when you find a new job.
