Legal Question in Business Law in California
I gave a $500 deposit to a broker on a cosigned boat. within 3 days I advised the broker We decided against the purchase. The deal was contingent on a sea trial which has not yet been scheduled as yet. An I entitled to receive my deposit back? Transaction was in Florida.

If the transaction was in FL, you need to ask this as a FL question, not a CA question. We can't tell you what the FL law is on this.
