Legal Question in Business Law in California
What is the general guideline/precedence in the State of CA with service contract successors? Note: Contract with old owner says "shall be assigned", yet it was never disclosed to me.

If the contract calls for assignment, an assignment is legal and enforceable. You are responsible for reading contracts you sign.
