Legal Question in Business Law in California
My girlfriend signed a contract for a new car and paid $5000 down on the 23rd of september. They contaccted her today the 17th asking for the car back though the contract states for the seller (dealership) to cancel they have ten days after sale to contact her. Where do we go from here?
