I got good expensive clothes laundered and folded but business got on fire, what happens now?

Send the business an itemized claim for the value of your destroyed clothing along with a copy of your work ticket, and ask them to pass it on to their insurance carrier. If you don't hear anything within a reasonable time, you might have to file and serve a small claims action.
