Legal Question in Business Law in California

my gym had a merge with another gym and i signed a contract to continue business under their name for this year and two years remainder my original buisness is under my name still and i rent the location month to month. I need to get out of my contract they are not doing anything good for my business and promising false promises to my customes and my customers are not happy and are leaving can i legally get out
