Legal Question in Business Law in California

I hand make leather shoes and I sell them wholesale as well as retail. I acquired a new wholesaler who wants to apply her "brand" to my shoes and sell them under her company name. I would like to know if I am entitled to charge her a licensing fee to sell my product as her own and if the answer is yes then how would that all be determined? What kind of legal forms would I need and what kind of lawyer could negotiate those terms? Thank you very for your time.

This comes down to understanding what you are licensing. For example, you may have a copyright in how you construct the shoe so your deal will include licensing the copyright. An attorney that understands business contracts and intellectual property can help you. Give us a call.
