Legal Question in Business Law in California
Could you please tell me any handy guide book which helps me draft sales contracts, development consignment contracts?
I would like books with many sample clauses as well as guides.
Preferably inexpensive ones, but price is a secondary issue.

The best books are CEB guides. They are not cheap, but there is no better reference for California law. (CEB.com). Nolo makes excellent, more simple but also very comprehensive guides on contracts and other common legal issues (nolo.com)

Isn't investing in the cost of custom, attorney-drafted agreement forms worthwhile? There's more to drafting a solid contract than merely cut-and-paste. An attorney will know what questions to ask, and can alert you to issues you may not even have considered.
Relatively speaking, having a lawyer draw up your basic contracts, and some alternate language for special situations shouldn't cost an arm- and a- leg... and you'll sleep better knowing you're well protected.
