Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hi
I own one subway store. I took over the store about five months. I have been a great job with the stores. I worked hard and brought up stores sales a lot. I also fixed a lot of things in the store that needed to be fixed. Now the store is doing really good in terms of sales, customer service and so on. But my field inspector (she comes once and inspects the store) has been putting me out of compliance every month for the past five months. For some reason, I think she just doesnt like. Every time everything is right in the store, but she always find small things and put me out of compliance. My DA (Development Agent) is not very good. I cant communicate with him. He has a manager that works for him. His manager doesnt seem to understand the gravity of the situation. They all seem like corrupt people who just want me to be out of this subway business. What should do? Is there a legal way to go about it?

You should review your situation with a franchise attorney, including copies of the field inspection reports.
