Hipaa Regulations
We have over the last year received faxes with personal medical information enclosed. I have contacted the company and they said please destroy what you got sorry. After this happened 4 times I asked them to find the fax with auto programmed button and reprogram the number, it has our fax number in it. They said they fixed it. It's a efax number and 4 people get this email. Who do I report them to? I am seeing persoanl medical information about people, and don't think it right

Why not call those people whose personal information is being disseminated, and let them decide how best to handle it?
You're not being injured by it, other than use of your ink and paper.
