Hiring as Inc. Stocks given as LLC
Is it allowed within the State of California to provide employment contracts under a corporate name utilizing Company Name Inc. to indicate incorporated, and providing stock as a Company Name LLC. Are there any ramifications relating to this practice?

Re: Hiring as Inc. Stocks given as LLC
You cannot use the "Inc." unless the entity is incorporated. If it is an LLC, it must state LLC on all documents.
