home based all natural beauty product line
I am wanting to start a business making homemade beauty products, lotions, scrubs etc. I want to know if there are any laws or regulations on this subject. I want to sell mostly to farmers markkets, craft fairs and local stores.

One issue will be with the FDA. Depending on the ingredients in these products they might be defined as drugs and not cosmetics. There are different rules/laws/regulations for these.
There are also some general business law and liability limiting things you should consider.
