Legal Question in Business Law in California
We own a hookah lounge in LA county. Recently they're enforcing the law allowing smoking of any kind of tobacco (hookah, cigarettes, cigars and vapors) around food and drinks. My question to you is what if it's , a tobacco-free, nicotine-free???

Huh? Do you mean "not allowing" instead of allowing? Otherwise, your question doesn't seem to make sense. Maybe you need to re-ask it, with careful proofreading before posting.

Actually there is a state wide Labor law that prohibits smoking in a indoor work area, subject to some exemptions. It has nothing to do with food and drink.
