I hurt my shoulder on a job they made it impossible for me to stay the general manager told me to go with him to another jobthen laid me off he went back to the job where I got hurt re hired me note to make it impossible to working they act like they want me to quit should I get the same job back is a half before I got hurt with the same pay do I have any legal rights to get my job

If you're hurt on the job seek a workers compensation attorney for your injury, you could collect temporary disability pay while you recover. For your relations with the employer I'd wait and see what happens with your claim.
