Legal Question in Business Law in California

My husband and his friend went into business (LLC.) and my husband wants to be removed from the business license. Can you please tell me the form he would need to use?

Be careful, removing himself from the business license may not be the only issue. Did he guarantee any LLC debt (such as a credit card), or an office lease? An attorney will tell you to check with the city that issued the business license. Normally, they don't make any changes until the annual renewal. Follow the other attorney's advice regarding other issues and Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
