Legal Question in Business Law in California

I have an idea for a eBusiness, I'm on a very low budget. I need legal advice on the idea and how it might or might not work. Any ideas on where to start or where to find help? Thank you.

Without knowing anything about your business idea or what the legal advice you might need about it, it is hard to point you in any direction. I'm sure you want to keep the idea confidential, so this is not a good forum for you. If you'd like to email me about it, as an attorney I would be obligated to keep your information confidential.
