is it illegal to copy a email to a blog?
my company has since become the target of lies on blog comments. I was planning on creating my own blog to clarify the records. My questions is can I post the emails on my blog?

Although I would need to know more facts, it is inadvisable without getting the express waivers/releases by people who are sending you emails. Have these people or a public body already released these emails to the public? This could be an indication that its okay, but I cannot say that for sure without more facts. You have not told me any specifics about the emails, nor the lies told against you.
