Legal Question in Business Law in California
Would it be illegal if I use the photos I've taken of client's homes (exterior only, if that matters) on my website/business cards without the client's consent? If so, would we need to get permission from the new owner if ownership of the property we worked on has changed?

It's not illegal, but it might be good business to ask permission.
