Legal Question in Business Law in California
Image Copyright
I have an image that I would like to use for my product. The image is based on my own image. However, I saw this other company that used a similar image in jewelry. Could there be any action taken against me if I used the image in my product which is not in the same industry as the other company?

Re: Image Copyright
I'm not sure what you mean by "image." Do you mean a photograph? And what do you mean by "based on?" What do you mean by "similar?" Your question is way too fuzzy to answer. Please re-ask it using precise terms, and maybe someone can take a shot at it.
