Legal Question in Business Law in California
Is there an income limit related to compensation of officers in a non-profit mutual benefit corporation?
I read the California Corporations Code and could not find anything but I have heard that there is a $50,000 limit.
Thanks

I couldn't find any dollar limit. In some cases, officers and directors can't be compensated at all unless the members consent, but I found nothing re a dollar limit.
